+ Champion takedowns grant a stack, each granting 10 bonus gold on kill. Also take 5% increased damage per stack. Lose all stacks on death.

− Killing enemies with the Gambler's Blade delays Doom-boss Veigar's arrival by an additional 5 seconds. Deaths while carrying the Blade accelerate it by 5 seconds.

+ Champion takedowns while using Gambler's Blade delays Doom-boss Veigar's arrival by an additional 10 seconds. Deaths while carrying the Blade accelerate it by 10 seconds. (Will not lose time past the 14:30 minute mark)

− Restore 200 - 400 Health to allied units and deal 10% max Health true damage to enemy champions after 2.5 seconds.

+ Restore 150 - 350 Health to allied units and deal 10% max Health true damage to enemy champions after 2.5 seconds.

− Restore 200 - 400 Health to allied units and deal 10% max Health true damage to enemy champions after 2.5 seconds.

+ Restore 150 - 350 Health to allied units and deal 10% max Health true damage to enemy champions after 2.5 seconds.

− Upon taking damage that would reduce your Health below 30%, gain a 350 + 20% current Mana Shield for 3s (0s).
